Remedial Massage Therapy
Discover the medicinal roots of massage. Remedial massage therapy is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain, and injury management.

Sports Massage Therapy
Due to high endurance and stress on the muscle during physical activity it is important to assure they receive the same amount of therapy and care. Sport massage therapy is a specific type of massage that treats and prevents different sports injuries or used to maintain the muscle pre/post game, training, or general physical activity. Get your body active ready with our variation of therapeutic massage techniques that focus on treating soft tissue aches, pain, can reduce muscle stiffness, and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure.

Relaxation Massage Therapy
Let go into a state of true bliss and relaxation. The main focus of a relaxation massage is to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body. A relaxation massage treatment will usually involve traditional Swedish massage techniques that involve flowing strokes, kneading, myofacial release, and performed at your chosen pressure. It's a pain free therapy and an effective way to de-stress and relax the mind and body.

Reiki Massage Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Our lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage, that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve lymphedena, fibromyalgia or other conditions. We use a special technique with our gua sha stones and gentle brushes.

Reflexology is a system of applying pressure, usually to the feet, which stimulates energy and releases 'blockages' in specific areas that cause pain or illness.
